Small Coloured Ceramic Bird.

Raku Fired.

Handmade using stoneware clay. Slip cast, burnished and biscuit fired in an electric kiln. Resist slip and glaze is applied to the body and copper lustre applied to the head. It is Raku fired outside in a gas kiln. It is then cleaned and polished using clear beeswax.

Care Instructions: Wipe with a soft cloth or with a damp sponge. Beeswax furniture polish may be used to restore the shine.
